Shipping Policy

Shipping territory

Garden Organix currently ships within the United States, including the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Orders are generally processed within two to five business days after payment is approved. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Processing may take longer during periods of unusually high order volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping method

Orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package dimensions, and shipment weight.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates and transit times shown at checkout or supplied by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees. Once UPS accepts a shipment, carrier delays, weather interruptions, service disruptions, and other transit events are outside Garden Organix's direct control.

Shipping addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact sales@gardenorganix.com immediately if an address correction is needed. An address cannot be changed after shipment. Additional carrier fees caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted.

Damaged, missing, incorrect, or short shipments

Inspect your shipment promptly. Report visible damage, missing items, incorrect items, or shortages within five calendar days after delivery by emailing sales@gardenorganix.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the shipping carton, shipping label, packing materials, and affected products, as applicable. Keep the carton and all packaging while the claim is reviewed.

For a package marked delivered but not located, first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and any location shown in the carrier's delivery information. Then contact sales@gardenorganix.com promptly so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss transfers as provided by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
